Using this option will mean that after a period of time, the cement will crack and fall away, allowing major leaks to occur.

The flashing we use is lead sheeting because it is a great material that is easy to work into the required shape and will not split or crack.

Whilst there are now other, newer roof flashing materials, we still prefer to use lead because it is still the best and most durable choice.
